These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Restora mobile application (“the App”), developed and operated by Victor Mita. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Restora is a photo restoration application that uses artificial intelligence to restore old, faded, scratched, or damaged photos. The App allows you to select or capture a photo, submit it for AI-powered restoration via Google's Gemini API, view, save, and share the restored version, and maintain a local gallery on your device.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, only submit photos you own or have the right to use, and not attempt to reverse-engineer the App. You are solely responsible for the photos you submit.

4. Pricing and Payments

The App provides 1 free photo restoration. Additional single restorations cost $1.99 each. An annual subscription for unlimited restorations is available at $29.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be managed through your device's store settings. All payments are processed by Apple or Google.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all photos you submit and restored versions. The App name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of Victor Mita.

6. AI Disclaimers

Results may vary depending on the condition of the source photo. AI processing may occasionally produce artifacts or imperfections. The App is not a substitute for professional photo restoration services. Google's content safety filters may reject certain images.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid through the App in the preceding twelve months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victor Mita from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Gemini API, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amplitude, and RevenueCat, each subject to their own terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
